Black dye isn't specific to ANY place. Black dye can drop in pre-Sear, Old Ascalon, wherever. Don't come to a place and expect to find uber drops; it's a game of chance. I've never seen a black dye drop, and I don't expect to.

(By reverse psychology, the game will HAVE to give me black dye now! Hahaha!

i got a black dye in the underworld off the smites, just a few weeks ago.

I've seen six black dye drops in the past four days... All for a party member, none for me.
That right there? Yeah. Royal pain.
They do give me all thier Silvers though so I guess it's not that bad...

That was in one of the updates. Every rune color except blue can turn out ot be one lvl lower than the color. EX

urple=major or minor.

Also i have noticed that my first charector(a ranger) has gotten not only some vrey good drops, but 2 of every good drop, like one time i got a Sup vigor from, well i wont say where, then i went to another spot to farm thinking that i have been having good luck, and BAM got another one. Is this just me?
